CBS Heating and Plumbing fitted a new boiler in our house. We found them very professional and would highly recommend them. Our old boiler had developed a small leak. As it was fitted over 11 years ago, I knew it was coming to the end of its life and I contacted CBS Heating and Plumbing for a quote. The owner, Séan Burke attended and I advised that we wanted a new boiler but also wanted to upgrade to smart controls. Séan took the time to explain the different manufacturers on the market and the price variances on each brand. He also recommended smart controls which would allow us to remotely control our heating and hot water via an app on our phones. We did some research based on the information that Sean provided. We eventually settled on a Viessmann Boiler and Séan subsequently sent a clear quote breaking down the work that would take place. A start date was agreed and we paid a deposit. When the work commenced Séan made sure to protect our carpets and answer any questions that we had. Our boiler was fitted with minimal fuss or mess and the old boiler was removed. The new boiler has proved to be much warmer, quieter and more efficient. We also love the convenience of having smart controls which allows us to remotely turn on our heating via our mobile phones. Very handy if we are out and we want to heat the house for our return. Courteous, professional and friendly – 5 stars, highly recommended!

CBS Heating and Plumbing were recommended to us by a friend as they had done a job on the heating in their house and they were extremely pleased with the price and the end result of the job. We contacted them and the owner Sean came out to see us and assess what needed to be done. Our boiler was very very old and Sean had look at everything that needed to be done and he gave us a price breakdown on every single thing that needed to be done. We were very happy with the way Sean explained everything in detail and in a very professional way. We decided to let Sean do the job for us as his price was very competitive and reasonable. A deposit was paid and Sean gave us a start date. He removed the old boiler and replaced it with the new one. We had decided to go modern and we went for smart controls which allows us to control the heating from our phones. Sean installed the apps on our phones and showed us how this all worked in a clear and simple way as we are not technology minded. But Sean was excellent and we were easily able to master the art of remotely controlling our heating. Sean protected all our floors and furniture when working in our house and he took everything away leaving the house spotless. We were extremely satisfied with the high standards Sean works to and his work ethic was excellent. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending his company for all your plumbing needs. I got my Bathroom completely renovated by cbs plumbing company. Séan was very professional and friendly from the off set. We talked through what needed to be done and how much things would cost and received a very detailed layout of work needed and prices to which we were very happy with and decided to use cbs for our job. From the new boiler and pipe work in the walls to the Bathroom utilities, tiling every single small detail we had asked for was met with an amazing final result. He was very clean and neat as he worked, fast paced and very hands on. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and couldn’t recommend CBS Heating and Plumbing enough.
